All of our instruments feature a non-transferable limited lifetime warranty to the original owner; please review the terms of our warranty as listed below. If you should have any questions, please contact GMP® Guitars directly.

Conditions of Limited Warranty

If, during the applicable period from the date of original purchase, your GMP® Guitar is found on authorized inspection to have a defect in material or workmanship, GMP® Guitars will repair such defect without charge for parts or labor. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WORK AND THE RESULTS OF NORMAL WEAR ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.

Warranty Period

ONE (1) YEAR PARTS AND LABOR: Tuning hardware, tail piece, bridge, plating, pickguard, vibrato mechanisms, and electronic/electrical components.

Limited Lifetime

GMP® warrants their guitars to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the limitations contained herein. If at any time during the warranty, your GMP® guitar malfunctions due to faulty materials and/or workmanship, GMP® Guitars at it's sole discretion, will repair or replace any individual component by a competent GMP® technician without charge for parts or labor. Parts replaced under this warranty are warranted for the remainder of the original parts warranty or for 90 days, whichever period is longer. GMP® reserves the right to utilize reconditioned parts and subassemblies as warranty replacements in the repair of the product. In the event GMP® determines that the unit cannot be repaired, GMP® will replace the defective unit with either the same model product or one that is reasonably equivalent. Should warranty service be required, your warranty periods will be extended by the number of days that elapse between the date you report a defect and the date that the unit is repaired.

To obtain warranty assistance, this guitar must be returned to the GMP® facility. All shipping and insurance, including any perceived "collector" value, are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser. On arrival at the GMP® facility, a determination will be made whether the defect is covered under the terms of the warranty. If the repair is covered under the terms of the warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to the original purchaser including the return shipping. If the repair is not covered under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair to the original purchaser will be given.

THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY WHEN A NEW GMP® Guitar Product IS PURCHASED FROM THE GMP® FACILITY AND IS AVAILABLE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY. Please contact GMP® directly if you have any questions regarding the GMP® limited lifetime warranty. This limited lifetime warranty is applicable only in the fifty states of the USA and the District of Columbia. It is not applicable in the possessions or territories of the USA or in any other country.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, WHICH GMP® MAKES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR GMP® GUITAR PRODUCT. GMP® DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE GUITAR PRODUCT, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY STATED HERE. IN ANY EVENT, GMP® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last; therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. In the event any of the provisions of this warranty are found by statute or by applicable administrative or judicial entity to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
